To put it simply, I couldn't wait to get back home to write about Big Sky, Montana. There are places you visit that forever change you, and this was one of them. The stunning landscapes, shared moments, and tranquil solitude made it unforgettable.
Bianca and I were lucky enough to experience Big Sky courtesy of Aspects. After long work weeks, we were ready to escape the city and unwind. We landed in Bozeman, then took a quick hour-long drive to Big Sky, where we instantly felt the shift in pace—everything slowed down. Our cozy hideaway awaited us at the end of the road, home number #100.
Our first hike was to Ousel Falls, a breathtaking 1.6-mile trail ending in a 100-foot waterfall. I found myself pausing every few steps, taking in the scenery, snapping photos, and simply enjoying the beauty around us. Being surrounded by nature with the person I love felt like something out of a dream. Everyone deserves to visit a place like this at least once—to reconnect with what really matters.
