📍: Shinjuku 新宿区 

We arrived in Tokyo at 3:45PM. Tired from the long flight, we rushed to our hotel via Bus shuttle and were dropped off at Shinjuku station. The moment we stepped off the shuttle we were instanly captured by the city. The lights, the people, everything. 

We met up with Matthew & Ayumi and decided to head straight to Omoide Yokocho Alley 思い出横丁 for some Wagyu Skewers and Premium Malt in tokyo. We snuggled in a small six seater booth and had the pleasure of sharing a few laughs with another tourist, Alan. 

Afterwards we hopped on over to Golden Gui Alley ゴールデン街 for some celebratory drinks and pured into what what would the best evening to start our japan trip. The bar didnt have a name and isnt listed on google maps. We became friends with the bar patrons and shared some laughs and Matthew flexed his japanese knowlegde and the locals loved it! The rest was history.
